Almond Nut Barfi

Tried to make this with Walnuts instead. It tasted okay but I ended up stirring the mixture too long, and it lost all its moisture which meant I couldn’t knead it any more and it ended up as a dry coarse nutty powder. It tasted nice but I should do better the next time.

Chocolate cake

Made this for wifey’s birthday. Pretty much followed it completely. It came out very well.
