Til Chikki

We ran out of cookies to eat after dinner and were wondering what sweet stuff to make when we found this video. Til chikki is extremely easy to make and takes very very little time to make. We largely followed the lady on the blog said (we call her smiling Aunty as she is always very cheerful :)) – just using brown sugar instead of white. Obviously, adjust the quantities depending on how much you are going to make.

The sugar melts very fast, Til gets burnt very fast so make sure you’re continuously stirring and mixing so neither get burnt too much. It takes hardly 30 seconds for something to turn from perfect to burnt, in this recipe.
