Cooker Cake

Completely inspired by the awesome Rakesh Sethi on foodfood.com.

The only changes Mom n me (mostly Mom) made were that there was no butter used, only oil used instead. Lesser saturated fat :). The other awesome thing is that for the first time I saw the power of dry heat. Cover the base of the cooker with a lot of salt and put the entire cake mixture on the salt. No water in the cooker at all..to prevent it from getting burnt. Quite cool. Its all there in the video though and it comes out quite quite well.
