Poha Cutlet

This one I got while watching Rakesh Sethi on the awesome Food Food channel. Here is a link for it; I followed it almost exactly like this. Add more Poha and less Potato though; that gives the Poha more taste..which is what you want. If you add more Potato it feels like a normal cutlet 🙂


And the key is to NOT deep fry it..just roast it on a Tawa with a little oil. Maybe a microwave will cook it even better 🙂
